Ingredients
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 Tomatoes
- 400 g Firm tofu
- 1 Green onions
Instructions

Cube and fry tofu until golden.

Sauté onion and garlic, add chopped tomatoes.

Simmer until soft, add soy sauce and sugar.

Add tofu, simmer 5 min.

Garnish with green onions.
