Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 400 g Firm tofu
  • 1 Green onions

Instructions

    Cube and fry tofu until golden.

    Sauté onion and garlic, add chopped tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Simmer until soft, add soy sauce and sugar.

  4. 4

    Add tofu, simmer 5 min.

    Garnish with green onions.
