Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 Peanuts
  • 1 Rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 300 g White fish fillets

Instructions

    Marinate fish with turmeric, fish sauce, and garlic for 15 min.
