- 1 Vegetable oil
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 Lettuce leaves
- 100 g Pork belly
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 100 g Rice flour
- 100 g Shrimp
- 2 Green onions
- 1 Bean sprouts
Instructions

Mix flour, turmeric, coconut milk, and salt to make batter.

Sauté pork and shrimp in a pan.

Pour batter to cover pan, add bean sprouts and green onions.

Cook until crispy, fold in half.
