Ingredients
- 2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 500 g Beef brisket
- 4 Cloves
- 4 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Bean sprouts
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 Lime
Instructions

Char onions over flame, add to pot with beef, spices, and 2L water.

Simmer for 2 hours, skimming impurities.

Strain broth, season with fish sauce and sugar.

Cook rice noodles, slice beef thinly.

Divide noodles, beef, and broth into bowls.

Garnish with cilantro, bean sprouts, and lime.
