  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 Okra
  • 100 g Bean sprouts
  • 200 g Fish fillet
  • 1 Pineapple slice
  • 1 Tamarind paste
  • 1 Taro stem
  • 1 Fresh herbs (rice paddy herb

    Simmer tamarind paste in 1.5L water.

    Add fish, tomatoes, pineapple, okra, taro stem.

    Cook until fish is done.
