  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Glutinous rice flour
  • 1 Thumb ginger
  • 1/2 cup Mung bean paste

Instructions

    Form dough from rice flour and water.

    Wrap dough around mung bean paste, form balls.

    Boil water, sugar, ginger for syrup.

    Simmer rice balls in syrup until they float.
