Ingredients

- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Condensed milk

Caramelize sugar in small pan, pour into ramekins.

Mix eggs, condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla, salt.

Pour over caramel, cover with foil.

Steam or bake in water bath 40 minutes.

Chill before serving.
