Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp Pandan extract

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 175°C.

    Mix flours, sugar, baking powder in bowl.

    Whisk in eggs, coconut milk, pandan extract.
