Ingredients

- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 5 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Red beans

Soak beans 2 hours, drain.

Simmer beans in water until soft, 45 minutes.

Serve warm with coconut milk and a pinch of salt.
