Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Chili
- 300 g Mustard greens
Instructions

Dissolve salt and sugar in water.

Add greens, garlic, chili to jar.

Pour brine over, submerge greens.

Let ferment at room temp 2 days before serving.
