Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Chili
  • 300 g Mustard greens

Instructions

    Dissolve salt and sugar in water.

    Add greens, garlic, chili to jar.

  3. 3

    Pour brine over, submerge greens.

  4. 4

    Let ferment at room temp 2 days before serving.
