Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 2 cups Glutinous rice
  • 1 Fried shallots
  • 1 cup Split mung beans

Instructions

    Soak rice and mung beans separately for 2 hours.

    Steam mung beans until soft, mash.

  3. 3

    Steam rice with turmeric until cooked.

  4. 4

    Top rice with mashed mung beans, fried shallots, drizzle with oil.
