Ingredients

- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bean sprouts
- 200 g Tofu
- 200 g Rice vermicelli
- 1 Fresh herbs (perilla
Instructions

Sauté onion and tomatoes until soft, add tomato paste.

Add 1.5L water, bring to boil, simmer 20 minutes.

Add tofu, simmer 10 more minutes, season with soy sauce.

Cook noodles as per package.

Serve soup over noodles, garnish with herbs, bean sprouts.
