Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Garlic
  • 1 Soy sauce
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 200 g Tofu
  • 12 Rice paper wrappers
  • 50 g Glass noodles

Instructions

    Mix tofu, carrot, onion, noodles, garlic, soy sauce, pepper.

    Place filling on wrappers, roll tightly.

    Fry in hot oil until golden.
