Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 8 Rice paper wrappers
  • 100 g Rice vermicelli
  • 1 Mint leaves
  • 1 Vegan peanut sauce

Instructions

    Cook vermicelli as per package.

    Dip rice paper in water to soften.

    Layer lettuce, herbs, vermicelli, tofu, veggies.

    Roll tightly, fold in sides.
