Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Rice flour
  • 1 Bean sprouts
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 1 Mint leaves

Instructions

    Mix rice flour, coconut milk, water, turmeric for batter.

    Sauté mushrooms, tofu, and onions.

    Pour batter into pan, swirl to coat.

    Add bean sprouts, cook until crispy.

    Fold crepe, serve with lettuce, mint.
