Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut water
  • 1 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Green onions
  • 1 Chili
  • 400 g Catfish steaks

Instructions

    Caramelize sugar in a clay pot, add shallots and garlic.

    Add fish, fish sauce, chili, black pepper, coconut water.

    Simmer covered for 30 minutes until fish is tender.

    Top with green onions before serving.
