Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 200 g Tofu
  • 200 g Rice vermicelli
  • 1 Fresh herbs (mint
  • 1 Pickled carrot & daikon
  • 1 Vegan nuoc cham

Instructions

    Marinate tofu with soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic for 15 minutes.

    Pan-fry tofu until golden.

    Cook vermicelli noodles as per package.

  4. 4

    Arrange noodles, herbs, lettuce in bowls.

    Add tofu and pickled vegetables.

    Serve with vegan nuoc cham.
