Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 400 g Beef sirloin

Instructions

    Cut beef into cubes, marinate with sauces, sugar, garlic.

    Stir-fry beef and onion quickly in hot pan.

    Serve over lettuce, sprinkle pepper.
