Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 Chili
  • 400 g Catfish fillet

Instructions

    Caramelize sugar in clay pot.

    Add fish, fish sauce, garlic, chili.

    Simmer until fish is cooked and sauce thickens.

    Garnish with pepper and green onion.
