Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 Fresh herbs
  • 1 Lime wedges
  • 2 Star anise
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Rice noodles

Instructions

    Char onion and ginger, add to broth with spices.

    Simmer 40 minutes.

    Cook noodles, pan-fry tofu.

  4. 4

    Assemble noodles, tofu in bowls.

  5. 5

    Add broth, top with herbs and lime.
