Ingredients

- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 Fresh herbs
- 1 Lime wedges
- 2 Star anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 100 g Tofu
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 200 g Rice noodles
Instructions

Char onion and ginger, add to broth with spices.

Cook noodles, pan-fry tofu.
