Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Soy sauce
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 2 Vietnamese baguettes
  • 2 tbsp Pickled daikon
  • 1 Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Vegan mayo

Instructions

    Slice baguettes, spread with vegan mayo.

    Layer tofu, pickles, cucumber, carrot.
