- 1 Bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp Chili paste
- 500 g Beef shank
- 200 g Pork hock
- 200 g Round rice noodles
- 1 Stalk lemongrass
- 1 Cilantro

Simmer beef shank, pork hock, lemongrass for broth.
