Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 Bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp Chili paste
  • 500 g Beef shank
  • 200 g Pork hock
  • 200 g Round rice noodles
  • 1 Stalk lemongrass
  • 1 Cilantro

Instructions

    Simmer beef shank, pork hock, lemongrass for broth.

    Add fish sauce and chili paste; simmer.

    Cook noodles per package.

    Slice meat, assemble in bowls with noodles.

    Ladle broth and garnish with sprouts, cilantro.
