- 1 Chives
- 200 g Shrimp
- 1 Bean sprouts
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 200 g Pork bones
- 100 g Squid

Simmer pork bones and onion for broth.

Cook noodles and set aside.

Poach shrimp and squid in broth.

Assemble noodles, shrimp, squid in bowls.

Pour broth over and top with bean sprouts, chives.
