Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1.5 l Chicken stock
- 2 Green onions
- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Thumb ginger
Instructions

Rinse rice and simmer in chicken stock.

Add whole chicken breast and ginger, cook until chicken is done.

Remove chicken, shred, return to pot.

Simmer until porridge thickens.

Season with salt and pepper, serve with green onions.
