- 1 Fish sauce
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1 Shallot
- 100 g Ground pork
- 50 g Wood ear mushrooms
- 1 Fried shallots
Instructions

Mix rice flour and water for batter.

Cook pork and mushrooms with shallot.

Steam thin rice crepes, fill with pork mixture.
