Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 Fish sauce
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 Shallot
  • 100 g Ground pork
  • 50 g Wood ear mushrooms
  • 1 Fried shallots

Instructions

    Mix rice flour and water for batter.

    Cook pork and mushrooms with shallot.

    Steam thin rice crepes, fill with pork mixture.

    Roll up, top with fried shallots.
