Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Fresh mint
  • 1 Fresh cilantro
  • 8 Rice paper wrappers
  • 100 g Cooked shrimp
  • 100 g Rice vermicelli
  • 1 Fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 Peanut dipping sauce

Instructions

    Cook rice vermicelli and cool.

    Dip rice paper in water to soften.

    Layer lettuce, herbs, noodles, carrot, shrimp on wrapper.

    Roll tightly; repeat.
