Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 1 tsp Yeast

Instructions

    Mix flour, sugar, yeast, milk, egg, and butter.

    Knead and let rise 1 hour.

    Shape and place in loaf pan.

    Let rise again 30 minutes.

    Bake until golden.
