Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1/2 cup Short grain rice
  • 1 Pickles for serving

Instructions

    Rinse rice and combine with water in a pot.

    Simmer on low until rice is very soft.

    Season with salt.

    Serve with green onion and pickles.
