Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Eggplants
  • 2 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake

Instructions

    Slice eggplants in half and score flesh.

    Roast until tender.

    Mix miso, mirin, sugar, and sake.

    Brush on eggplant and broil until caramelized.
