Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Sushi rice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 Nori sheets
  • 100 g Fresh salmon
  • 1 tsp Wasabi

Instructions

    Cook sushi rice and season with vinegar.

    Slice salmon and cucumber into strips.

    Place nori on mat, spread rice evenly.

    Add salmon and cucumber, then roll tightly.

    Slice rolls into pieces and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
