Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 Tonkatsu sauce
  • 1 Block firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup Plant milk

Instructions

    Slice tofu and pat dry, season.

    Dredge in flour, dip in plant milk, coat with panko.

    Fry until golden and crispy.

    Serve with tonkatsu sauce.
