Ingredients
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Oil for frying
- 1 Tonkatsu sauce
- 1 Block firm tofu
- 1/2 cup Plant milk
Instructions

Slice tofu and pat dry, season.

Dredge in flour, dip in plant milk, coat with panko.

Fry until golden and crispy.
