Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Dashi
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 Bowls cooked rice

Instructions

    Simmer onion and chicken in dashi, soy, and mirin.

    Beat eggs, pour over chicken.

    Cover and cook until eggs are just set.

    Serve over bowls of rice.
