Ingredients

- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 cup Dashi broth
- 2 Small shrimp
- 2 slices Kamaboko
Instructions

Beat eggs, mix with dashi, soy, and mirin.
