Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 cup Dashi broth
  • 2 Small shrimp
  • 2 slices Kamaboko

Instructions

    Beat eggs, mix with dashi, soy, and mirin.

    Pour into cups, add mushrooms, shrimp, and kamaboko.
