Ingredients

  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Dried hijiki
  • 1/2 cup Edamame

Instructions

    Soak hijiki 10 min, drain.

    Boil hijiki, carrot, and edamame 5 min.

    Drain, toss with soy sauce and mirin.

  4. 4

    Serve at room temperature.
