Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 Japanese cucumbers

Instructions

    Slice cucumbers thinly.

    Toss with salt, let sit 5 minutes.

    Mix vinegar and sugar, add to cucumber.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
