Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1/2 cup Potato starch

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in soy, sake, and ginger 10 min.

    Coat with potato starch.

    Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
