Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Glutinous rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Nori strips

Instructions

    Mix flour and water to form dough.

    Roll out and cut into circles.

    Bake at 350°F for 20 min.

    Brush with soy-mirin mixture, bake 5 min.

    Wrap with nori strips.
