Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sweet red bean paste
  • 1 tsp Agar-agar powder
  • 1/2 cup Canned fruits
  • 1 Black syrup (kuromitsu) for topping

Instructions

    Dissolve agar-agar and sugar in water, boil 2 minutes.

    Pour into mold, chill until set.

    Cut jelly into cubes.

    Serve with fruits, red bean paste, and drizzle syrup.
