Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp Matcha powder

Instructions

    Beat egg yolks and sugar until pale.

    Heat milk and cream; whisk in matcha.

    Gradually add hot mixture to yolks.

  4. 4

    Return to pot, cook until thickened.

  5. 5

    Cool, churn in ice cream maker.
