Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 Packs udon noodles

Instructions

    Heat oil, sauté onion, carrot, and mushrooms.
