Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1.5 cups Panko
  • 2 cups Japanese curry sauce

Instructions

    Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and panko.

    Fry until golden and cooked through.

    Heat curry sauce in a pot.

    Slice chicken, serve over rice with curry sauce.
