Gyoza (Japanese Dumplings)

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage
  • 20 Gyoza wrappers

Instructions

    Mix pork, cabbage, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.

    Place filling in wrappers, fold and seal.

    Pan-fry gyoza until bottom is golden.

  4. 4

    Add a splash of water, cover, and steam 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve with dipping sauce.
