Ingredients

- 4 Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 Green onions
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sake
Instructions

Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar for sauce.

Heat oil in pan, sear chicken on both sides.

Pour sauce over chicken, simmer until glazed.

Slice chicken, garnish with green onions.
