Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 Sheets nori
  • 1 Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

    Cook rice; mix with vinegar, sugar, and salt.

    Slice cucumber, avocado, and carrot into thin strips.

    Lay nori on mat, spread rice evenly.

    Arrange veggies and roll tightly.
