Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Green onions
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 Sheet nori
  • 2 Packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 2 slices Chashu pork

Instructions

    Boil eggs for 7 minutes, peel and halve.

    Heat broth and soy sauce in a pot; bring to simmer.

    Cook ramen noodles per package instructions.

  4. 4

    Assemble noodles in bowls, pour over broth.

  5. 5

    Top with pork, spinach, eggs, green onions, and nori.
