Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 Block silken tofu
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 cup Potato starch

Instructions

    Cut tofu into cubes and pat dry.

    Coat with potato starch.

    Fry until golden.

    Serve with soy sauce and mirin mixture.
