Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp Mirin

Instructions

    Simmer chicken and onion in soy sauce and mirin.

    Beat eggs and pour over chicken.

    Cover and cook until eggs set.

    Serve over rice.
