Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 8 Shrimp
  • 1 cup Ice-cold water

Instructions

    Mix egg and cold water, add to flour to make batter.

    Dip shrimp in batter.

    Fry in hot oil until golden.

    Drain and sprinkle with salt.
