Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake

Instructions

    Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.

    Heat oil, sear salmon both sides.
