Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 2 Packs ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach

Instructions

    Heat broth, add mushrooms and corn.

    Stir in miso paste.

    Add noodles and cook until soft.

    Add spinach before serving.
